RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bear Paw General Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our physical products are made to order especially for you, and our digital products are delivered electronically, our return policy varies by product type.

Made-to-Order Physical Products

Most of our physical products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Because physical products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, we may be unable to cancel the order.

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
