SHIPPING POLICY

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Many of our physical products are made to order. After your order is placed, it may require production time before it is ready to ship.

Production time is separate from shipping and transit time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Any available free-shipping offers or promotions will be displayed at checkout when the order qualifies.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different production facilities or fulfillment partners. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience when unexpected delays occur.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has shipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the item, packaging, or damage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Bear Paw General Store currently serves customers in the United States and selected international markets. International availability and shipping charges are determined by the customer's delivery destination and will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Download or access information will be provided electronically after purchase.
